BEER

SESSION LAGER ABV: 4.8% IBU: 10

European style session-able lager. Cold fermented for two weeks, aged for a month. Crisp, clean easy drinking beer. Brewed with Canadian pilsner, European Munich, clean Vancouver Island water, Hallertau & Saaz and lager yeast.

RYE PALE ALE: ABV: 5.2% IBU: 30

Brewed with Canadian pale, British specialty malts, crystal rye, toasted rye flakes and West Coast ale yeast. Chinook, cascade, centennial and columbus hops for a rich citrus kick. Slightly darker in colour, and full bodied with dry spice notes.

INDIA PALE ALE: ABV: 6.8% IBU: 70

Canadian barley, British specialty malts, North American ale yeast. Made with Australian hops, summer, ella and topaz that bring out tropical fruit notes. (lychee, mango and passion fruit)

CITRUS WITBIER: ABV: 5.0% IBU: 10

Pilsner and flaked wheat for light colour and cloudiness. Curacao orange peel, coriander seed with fresh lemongrass and makrut lime leaves for a unique, citrus flavour.
