Beer

SESSION LAGER ABV: 4.8% IBU: 10

European style session-able Lager. Cold fermented for two weeks, aged for a month. Crisp, clean easy drinking beer. Brewed with Canadian Pilsner, European Munich, clean Vancouver Island water, Hallertau & Saaz and Lager yeast.

RYE PALE ALE: ABV: 5.2% IBU: 30

Brewed with Canadian Pale, British specialty malts, Crystal Rye, toasted Rye flakes and West Coast ale yeast. Chinook, Cascade, Centennial and Columbus hops for rich citrus kick. Slightly darker in colour and full bodied with dry spice notes.

INDIA PALE ALE: ABV: 6.8% IBU: 70

Canadian Barley, British specialty malts, North American ale Yeast. Made with Australian hops, Summer, Ella and Topaz that bring out tropical fruit notes. (lychee, mango and passionfruit)

CITRUS WITBIER: ABV: 5.0% IBU: 10

Pilsner and flaked Wheat for light colour and cloudiness. Curacao Orange Peel, Coriander seed and fresh lemongrass and makrut lime leaves for unique, citrus flavour.
